Please complete the form below to submit an order for your 1 clicker or swipe card and any extra clickers and/or swipe cards you require. The prices listed below are the HOA’s cost.
You will receive a CONFIRMATION email with a copy of your order.
Please be aware that a CHECK or CASH payment is due upon receipt of your clickers. Unfortunately, we are NOT setup to accept credit cards as payment for your clickers.
Member Gate Code Order Form
HOBC Member agrees to the following by clicking the submit button on this form:
I hereby request a confidential/private member gate code be assigned to myself, the property owner name(s) designated below. I understand that the HOBC HOA Board and Gate Committee will not release this code to anyone else and it will be my responsibility to keep this code confidential/private. I also understand that this code will be valid for three months or until a new email bearing an updated code is sent by the gate committee to the email address I’ve designated below. The new updated code will not take effect for at least 14 days from receipt of the HOBC gate committee email.

Application for Gate Access Control Code for Service Companies and Vendors
You will be contacted within a few days by the HOBC Gate Committee with a determination of your company’s eligibility for a long-term gate access control code or the code itself. All vendor/service company codes are changed at least every 6 months and you are contacted prior to this change with a new code or confirmation as needed.
